Kayla Ward, of Kayla Ward Equine Services! She is an arena record holder, futurity/derby/open winner and a fantastic young trainer on her way to making a heck of a name for herself. As a long time OBFA competitor, she has set the sand box on fire with every run she makes.

She has also accomplished many accolades outside of the province as well, some including a recent AQHA Congress Reserve Champion, and Best of the Best Qualifier.

Kayla's main focus is training colts and open horses but also offers campaigning of sale horses, clinics and lessons out of the home farm - Southward Stables. She got the bug on her own futurity horses and has since made herself quite the lineup of clients and horses but she has a killer string of homebred horses on the trailer this year and if you don't know her name yet - you're about to. 

You can find her at most of the barrel races in Ontario and really enjoys watching her clients and horses succeed. The future is bright for the barrel racing industry in Ontario!
